Scholarship funds will be made available to all program participants in the Ministry Formation Program who apply with the Siena Heights program. Standard tuition cost share is 50% paid by the parish/institution* and 50% paid by the participant.
The maximum amount of scholarship funding will be no more than 50% of the participants portion.
Access to these funds is available through written requests supporting need from the pastor/supervisor** of the participants parish, school, diocesan office, etc. *Canonical Unit
Completion of all information requested on the registration form is essential. **Canonical Administrator
