With great saddness we announce the passing of Sr. Emily Simons, on January 28.  We extend our prayers and condolences to her family and parish of St. Paul, Owosso, where she had been a pastoral minister. 
Vigil Service at 4:00pm Sun. Feb. 1, Memorial Mass at 7:00pm Thursday Feb. 5.  Both services will be at St. Paul Church, Owosso


Sr. Joan May, CSJ, Pastoral Coordinator of St. Mark Parish, Goodrich

Sr. Joan died Friday morning, January 16.  
Visitation will be this Sunday, 10:00am – 12:00pm, and 2:00pm – 6:00pm,
with 7:00pm Scripture Service at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.  

Bishop Boyea will celebrate the funeral Mass at 11:00am, Monday, January 19 at St. Mark Church.  
There will be visitation at the church on Monday morning from 9:30am until Mass time.

May Sr. Joan and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in the peace of Christ.

Elizabeth Solsburg, Director of Custom Publishing, Faith Magazine

Elizabeth's mother, Marie, died January 16th. She was 75. Elizabeth has been with her parents and siblings during these last days of her mother’s life. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family during this difficult time.

FAITH Publishing will be closed Monday, Jan. 19 so staff can attend the funeral.

Kimberly Hogan Greenburg on the passing of her father, Dec. 24, 2008.
 

Edward F. Hogan, III, age 61, father of  Kimberly Hogan Greenburg, died Christmas Eve.

Kim currently serves as Pastoral Associate at St. Joseph, St. John, MI.
She is one of the Lay Ecclesial Ministers commissioned this past November.

Please keep Kimberly and her family in prayer during this time of loss.
